• Interview all potential candidates ensuring that only those matching your needs are submitted to our clients.
• Communicate all possible job opportunities meeting your expectations, and will present your “blind” resume only with your consent.
• We uphold the utmost respect for our candidate’s confidentiality and will not compromise without your permission.
• We will not send your resume or share your personal information with anyone without your approval.

2. Market your skills/capabilities

After a thorough assessment of your strengths and capabilities, we search within Health Career Associates current clients and then extend out to our many healthcare recruiting affiliates. When all or most of the variables come together such as skill set, location, expectations and salary range; we present you with the opportunities. At that time with the candidate’s consent, your “blind” resume will be presented and the recruiting process has commenced.

3. Maintain continuous communication

Health Career Associates strives on keeping in touch with its candidates. After matching your credentials with your needs and locating the best opportunities; we continue to work with you and the client to ensure that a respectable job offer is made and employment commences. Additionally, we will continue to stay in touch with you even after you start your new position, to make sure that you are content. There may be future opportunities that you are aware of in your current role or you may decide to pursue a different opportunity.

Health Career Associates offers a referral bonus from $500.00 to $1,000.00, depending on the magnitude of the placement. This applies to any externally referenced candidate to Health Career Associates who is then successfully placed by Health Career Associates at a client company of which the candidate remains in the respective position for at least 3 months.
