Job Description:

Works with hiring manager to document requirements of job openings as required opening requisitions. Surfaces candidates and develops networks of people and processes to support a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. Pre-screens resumes and evaluates effectiveness of electronic candidate evaluation tools. Documents candidate evaluation and interview process. The Recruiter participates in a full range of activities around the selection of candidates. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to requisition data management, job postings, candidate identification and selection, and job offers.

General Job Duties:

  • Posts jobs through internal and external media, utilizing advanced sourcing techniques to identify qualified passive and active candidates.
  • Identifies internal and external candidates for vacant positions, including assessing job postings and employee referrals, screening resumes and conducting interviews by phone, in person or via electronic video conferencing media
  • Collects, processes, and maintains applicant data including, but not limited to, interviewer recommendations and assessment results.
  • Delivers and negotiates job offers to candidates.
  • Maintains current knowledge of emerging technology to stay abreast of innovative sourcing trends and best recruitment practices.
  • Exhibit high level of professionalism, persistence, positivity, and commission-driven personality.


  • Healthcare Recruiting experience a MUST – RN Recruitment experience a huge plus!
  • Works from a home office.
  • Able to work well autonomously, exhibit self-discipline.
  • Excellent communications skills required.
  • Ability to effectively communicate information and respond to questions.
  • Ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds.
  • Highly organized and ability to work independently and in a team environment.
