Job Summary:
The Director of Dialysis directs, plans, organizes, coordinates and evaluates the activities of the dialysis unit for patients and staff under the general supervision of the Vice President of Patient Services. The Director of Dialysis completes these responsibilities in a manner that is consistent with the mission, vision, values, goals and objectives of facility. The Dialysis Director is responsible for every aspect of the operations in the dialysis unit, including staffing, scheduling, budget, and CROWNWeb.

 

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of director experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years clinical experience preferred.
  • Active South Dakota RN license.
  • Bachelor’s degree in nursing required or currently pursuing degree.

 

Shift/schedule: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm Monday – Friday with occasional after hours as needed to meet department needs. Special circumstances may require occasional weekend work. No holidays.

 

Compensation:

Salary starting at $70,000 and up depending on experience.
