After a thorough assessment of your strengths and capabilities, we search within Health Career Associates current clients and then extend out to our many healthcare recruiting affiliates. When all or most of the variables come together such as: skill set, location, expectations and salary range; we present you with the opportunities. At that time with the candidates consent, your “blind” resume will be presented and the recruiting process has commenced.

Health Career Associates offers a referral bonus from $500.00 to $1,000.00, depending on the magnitude of the placement. This applies to any externally referenced candidate who is then successfully placed at a client company of which the candidate remains in the respective position for at least one year.
